Psych45 is led by Owen Hughes. Owen is a Consultant Counselling Psychologist who has worked in the NHS for over 25 years. During that time he has managed a variety of services as well as working clinically in both physical and mental health settings. He has also got a keen interest in leadership and organizational development and has worked ina variety of roles in this field.
As a company, we want to help to help teams provide the best service that they possibly can. We appreciate that there are not always huge reserves of money to draw on and so we focus on using the resources that are available in terms of people, space and enthusiasm.
